Made in the USA · PFAS-free formula · Family owned since 1927
Two steps. Leather that lasts.
Clean when it is dirty. Condition when it is dry. Let the leather tell you what it needs, not a calendar.
1. Clean When Needed
Snowshoe Leather Cleaner lifts dirt, grime, body oils and everyday buildup from finished leather, so you never seal conditioner over grime.
- Brush off loose dirt and dust.
- Spray cleaner onto a soft cloth, not the leather.
- Wipe in small sections, then wipe clean.
- Let the leather dry completely.
2. Condition Regularly
Snowshoe Leather Conditioner restores natural moisture, keeps leather soft and pliable, and helps it shed water. One step: preserve, beautify and waterproof.
- Apply a thin coat with a cloth or dauber.
- Work it in, paying attention to seams and creases.
- Let it soak in, then buff gently.
- Reapply when leather looks dry or water stops beading.
For what you ride, work and wear
One set for nearly every piece of finished leather you own.
- Saddles & Tack: Protect a $3,000 to $8,000 saddle the way riders have since 1927. Clean off sweat and arena dust, then condition. The Barn & Tack Set has enough for the whole barn.
- Boots & Gloves: Work boots, cowboy boots, hiking boots and gloves that see real weather. Clean off the mud, condition, and they keep going season after season.
- Bags, Jackets & Furniture: The thrifted jacket, the bag you carry every day, the chair that came from your grandparents. Buy good leather once, then keep it good.

Nearly 100 years of leather’s best friend
Bend, Oregon · Since 1927
Snowshoe began as a formula to protect leather snowshoe bindings through hard Northwest winters. Four generations later, we still hand pour it in small batches, test it against real weather, and stand behind it the same way.
When you care for good leather, you’re caring for more than leather. You’re caring for the stories it holds.
FAMILY OWNED. HAND POURED. WEATHER TESTED.
A gift that lasts as long as the leather
For the rider, the rancher, the boot guy, or the friend who thrifts better than anyone. Ready to give, useful for decades.
Questions, answered
Do I need to clean every time I condition?
No. Clean when leather is visibly dirty or grimy. If it is already fairly clean, condition on its own. Let the leather guide you.
Is it safe for my saddle and tack?
Yes, on finished-leather saddles and tack. Clean off sweat and dust, let it dry, then condition. Test first in a hidden spot, and follow your saddle maker’s care guidance.
Will the conditioner darken my leather?
It can temporarily darken natural, light-colored, unfinished or very dry leather. It is less noticeable on black and dark brown. Always test first.
Does it waterproof?
The conditioner helps leather repel water. Reapply when leather looks dry or water stops beading on the surface. Results depend on the leather and how hard it works.
