Processing Time
- All orders are processed usually within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated based on your shipping address and the weight of your order. The following are the available shipping options:
1. Standard Shipping - Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days
2. Expedited Shipping - Estimated Delivery: 1-3 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to process and ship your order quickly, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays, especially during peak seasons (e.g., holidays). We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Please check the carrier’s website for updates.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship within the United States
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot make changes to an address after the order has been processed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at team@snowshoeleathercare.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If the item is damaged, we may ask for photos of the damage to help with the claim process.
